Product Overview

The invention relates to a double-component spraying rapid-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating. A component is used as a main agent and is prepared by mixing anionic synthetic rubber emulsion, emulsified asphalt microemulsion prepared by a special process and a plurality of chemical auxiliary agents. The component is a core-shell structure consisting of rubber as a continuous phase and asphalt as a dispersed phase, with high solid content and low univiscosity, and is suitable for spraying construction. The component B is a coagulant and is an aqueous solution prepared from electrolytes such as metal salts and the like with corresponding concentration. 

Film-forming mechanism

The components A and B of the sprayed rapid setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating are respectively sprayed out at a high speed in a fan-shaped through two nozzles in an airless spraying equipment, atomized, cross collision and mixed and sprayed to a base surface, and is instantly condensed into a high-polymer film. 

Application Range

The product can be widely used for the waterproofing of foundations of buildings, kitchen and bathrooms, and roofs, various cisterns, subways, tunnels and culverts, water conservancy facilities, roads and bridges and linings thereof; And a plurality of steel structures such as color steel tiles, roofs and the like. 

Performance characteristics

● Excellent tensile properties 

The elongation at break of the product is more than 1800 percent, the maximum tensile strength can reach 2 MPa, the retention rate is more than 95 percent, and the product can adapt to the deformation of a base layer, and can solve the problem of waterproof leakage caused by stress deformation, expansion cracking and the like of a waterproof material. 

● Good bonding strength

The product can be sprayed on different base layers, the peeling strength with concrete shall not be less than 4.0 N/mm, and that with wood and metal plate shall not be less than 2.0 N/mm. It can be firmly attached to the surface of concrete, wood, metal and other materials without falling off. 

● Excellent self-healing 

The product has the characteristics of liquid rubber, has good self-healing property for piercing of knives and sharp objects, and has excellent resistance to breaking and excellent water-tightness of the nail bar. 

● Chemical resistance 

The product has excellent acid, alkali and salt resistance. After being placed in acid, alkali and salt environment for 168 h, the tensile strength retention rate reaches above 95%, and the elongation at break is more than 1000%. 

● Excellent puncture resistance 

After being sprayed into a film, the product can form a high-strength waterproof film, and has excellent puncture resistance, impact resistance and tear resistance. 

●Excellent high and low temperature resistance

The product has good low-temperature bending property, and excellent high-temperature resistance; the low-temperature flexibility can be adjusted to be between-15 ℃ and-40 ℃ in accordance with the requirements of projects in different regions, so that the engineering requirements can be met; the high-temperature resistance of the product is above 180 ℃ and the product can be applied to waterproof engineering of roads, bridges and hot places. 

● Excellent water resistance 

The product has good waterproof performance, and can bear high water pressure after being sprayed into a film and the maximum hydrostatic pressure resistance is 3 MPa for 1 h without water seepage.

● Construction on wet base surface

The product can be used for construction on a wet and water-free base surface, and can be instantly formed after spraying, so that the next working procedure can be carried out, and the construction period is shortened, to reduce the construction cost. 

● Excellent aging resistance 

The product contains an anti-ultraviolet aging agent and a higher proportion of functional high polymer, so that the product is endowed with excellent anti-aging property, and the tensile strength retention rate reaches more than 95% under the conditions of artificial accelerated weathering treatment and ultraviolet treatment for 250 h. 

● Outstanding environmental protection and safety

The product does not use organic solvent in production, construction and use, and non-toxic, tasteless, non-waste, no emissions and non-polluting; In the whole construction project, heating is not needed, the construction is carried out at normal temperature without open fire, and the safety and reliability of the construction are ensured.
