Liquid SBS elastic rubber waterproof coiled material is a new water-based waterproof coating which is newly developed and promoted by our Company. The main raw material is styrene-butadiene-styrene, and additives such as thixotropic agent, anti-sagging agent, anti-sedimentation agent, thickening agent, leveling agent, anti-aging agent, ultraviolet absorber and catalyst are added. The synthetic styrene-butadiene-benzene rubber copolymer emulsion which is processed by a special process is used as a main film-forming substance to produce a single-component super-strong elastic waterproof coating.
Scope of Application
The liquid SBS elastic rubber waterproof coiled material is widely applicable to leakage prevention, seepage prevention and waterproof of new and old roofs, underground garages, kitchens, bathrooms, water towers, sinks, reservoirs, basement, tunnels, sewage treatment plants and other projects, in place of SBS, PVC and other waterproof coiled materials, particularly has good maintenance effect on old roofs of SBS modified asphalt coiled materials, and it is used for the waterproof of indoor bathroom, instead of an oily polyurethane, JS polymer cement and other waterproof materials!

The liquid SBS elastic rubber waterproof coiled material is safe and environment-friendly, takes water as a solvent, without toxic and harmful substances such as benzene, toluene, formaldehyde and the like, has no waste gas emission in the production, construction and use processes, and is a new generation of energy-saving and ecological environment-friendly materials; In the whole construction process, heating is not needed, the construction is carried out at normal temperature without open fire, and the safety and reliability of the construction are ensured.
The liquid SBS elastic rubber waterproof coiled material can be constructed on a wet base out of water, the coating can completely cover the base layer, is 100% bonded therewith, and it has good adhesion, which can be well bonded with various materials such as concrete, steel, wood, metal and the like, with the bonding strength of more than 0.8 Mpa. It is free from water channeling and peeling, particularly for abnormal structures or positions with complicated shapes, rolling, brushing, and spraying directly on the building surface to form a continuous rubber waterproof layer. It’s seamless, no foaming, good film forming effect, rapid curing, and short construction period, with excellent waterproof performance. Accordingly, it is called seamless coiled material.
The coating of liquid SBS elastic rubber waterproof coiled material has strong water resistance, alkali resistance, aging resistance and ultraviolet resistance. The coating has good elasticity and elongation, and excellent high elasticity and bonding strength can reach more than 600%, the excellent high elasticity and bonding strength can solve the problems of leakage and corrosion of structures caused by stress deformation, expansion cracking or loose bonding.
The liquid SBS elastic rubber waterproof coiled material has strong pollution resistance and ultraviolet radiation resistance after being formed, has long service life (one-time construction for 30 years), can keep stable performance even under the action of heat, light and oxygen in adverse environment (high temperature, high humidity, ultraviolet and the like), and the coating is not affected by the air temperature, nor brittle fracture under the cold climate condition of-30 ℃, nor flow at the high temperature of 150 ℃. Therefore, it is a good product in waterproof paint.
