The single-component polyurethane waterproof coating is a kind of high-polymer waterproof coating which is made of isocyanate and polyether as main material, matched with additives such as hybrid latent solid agent, plasticizer, etc. through high-temp dehydration and polymerization. When in use, the rubber waterproof film is coated on a waterproof base layer, and a tough, soft and seamless rubber waterproof film is formed on the surface of the base layer through a chemical reaction between the-NCO end group in the polyurethane prepolymer and moisture in the air.
The double-component polyurethane waterproof coating which is a double-component chemical reaction curing waterproof material, wherein the component A is an isocyanate-blocked prepolymer obtained by-condensation of polyether and isocyanate, and the component B is a colored liquid consisting of a plasticizer, a curing agent, a thickening agent, accelerator and a filler. When in use, the components A and B are uniformly mixed in accordance with a certain proportion, coated on the surface of a waterproof base layer, through cure under room temperature to form a rubber-shaped elastic coating film, thereby playing a waterproof role.
Scope of Application
It is suitable for waterproof construction of various civil and industrial buildings such as roof, basement, bathroom and swimming pool. It is more suitable for waterproof engineering of place with complicated shape and crisscrossed pipes.
