(NDCF) Polyethylene polypropylene (polyester) fiber composite waterproof coiled material

Product Overview

The high-polymer polyethylene polypropylene (polyester) waterproof coiled material is made of high-polymer raw materials such as polyethylene, high-strength polypropylene (polyester) non-woven fabric, ultraviolet light-insulating agent, anti-aging agent and the like through one-step extrusion molding processing of an automatic production line. The middle layer of the coiled material is a waterproof layer and an anti-aging layer, and the upper and the lower surfaces of the coiled material are reinforced adhesive layers. 

Scope of adaptation

The product is suitable for waterproof engineering of various buildings such as roofs, basement, tunnels and the like; Roof and underground works of industrial and civil buildings, water storage tanks, municipal works, bridges, subways, tunnels, dams and other projects are waterproof, especially suitable for key projects with high requirements for durability and corrosion resistance and easy deformation. 

Product features

● This product belongs to environment-friendly product, which is non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free. 

● Due to the incorporation of anti-aging agent, the product has good anti-aging, anti-oxidation, corrosion-resistant characteristics, good flexibility, easy bending and no breaking, good tensile and anti-perforation performance, meeting the standard requirements of GB 18173.1-2012 “Polymer Waterproof Materials-Part 1: Water-proof Sheet”, with the same service life as the building structure. The polyethylene does not rot and weathering when buried in the sand. The test proves that: No crack at -40 °C and no deformation at +100 °C.

● The construction can be carried out on the wet base, which can be constructed as long as no free water. After the heavy rain stops, the construction can be carried out immediately by sweeping away ponding, which is beneficial to rush the construction period. 

● Good flexibility, easy bending, arbitrary folding and easy operation. The kitchen and bathroom, swimming pool and sink are waterproof. The splay angle and arcs are not required at the positions of the internal and external corners and pipe roots, and can be constructed in a right angle, so that the phenomenon that waterproof coiled materials are damaged due to tile pasting in the next working procedure is avoided, and the secondary water-closing is guaranteed without leakage. 

● Construction speed is fast and efficient. The vertical walls of kitchen and bathroom, swimming pool and sink do not need napping or interface treatment. The ceramic tile is directly pasted on the coiled material, for labor-saving. 

● Polymer cement binder matched with coiled materials is the green environmental protection products. The main raw materials are the supporting glue and cement produced by our Company is mixed into a paste. The binder has good bonding performance, and is a waterproof layer, which can seal the raw seam holes of the base layer and play a role of waterblocking. The requirements for the base layer are very loose, and the leveling function can be realized. 

● Strong anti-puncture performance, is suitable for water-proofing of various greening planting surfaces, good anti-perforation performance, which can play the role of rooting resistance puncture, with obvious waterproof effect.
