Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waterproof coiled material

Product Overview

Homogeneous polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waterproof coiled material is a kind of high-quality and high-polymer waterproof sheet. It is high-polymer waterproof coiled material produced and molded by extrusion by adding plasticizer, anti-uv agent, anti-aging agent, stabilizer and other processing aids into PVC resin. Due to the adoption of a unique product formula, the service life of the product far exceeds that of a common waterproof material, the service life of the whole waterproof system is long, the roofing is more than 20 years, the underground is more than 50 years, and the product is widely applied in buildings and civil engineering.

The invention relates to an internally reinforced reinforcement polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waterproof coiled material, which is a thermoplastic PVC coiled material. The coiled material takes polyester fiber fabric or glass fiber as a reinforcing rib and is formed by combining a double-sided polyvinyl chloride plastic layer and a polyester or glass fiber reinforcing rib in the middle into a whole through a special extrusion coating method. The combination of an advanced polyvinyl chloride plastic layer with a reticular polyester fabric provides excellent dimensional stability and a low coefficient of thermal expansion. The reinforcing rib in the glass fiber is fully bonded with the coiled material, so that the phenomena of interlaminar separation, waterlogging and the like are avoided, and the long-term performance of the coiled material directly exposed to the natural environment is improved. At the same time, the unique coating on the surface of the coiled material enables the coiled material to have a self-cleaning function to prevent dust and pollutants in the air from being colored on the coiled material.

a. Static load resistance is only required for coiled materials used for press-paved roofs. b. The artificial climate accelerated aging time of single-layer coiled material roofing is 2500 h. c. It is not required to determine the accelerated aging of artificial climate for coiled materials not used for external equipment. Application fields Due to the adoption of the unique product formula, the service life of PVC waterproof coiled material far exceeds that of the general waterproof material. The excellent performance of the coiled material makes it widely used in various fields of waterproof. Product Advantages
