Product Description

● Uncured rubber asphalt waterproof coating is a new waterproof material newly developed and produced by our Company. The material is a single-component waterproof coating made of rubber powder, high-polymer, asphalt and the like through special modifiers and additives. 

● The non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating is not solidified after long-term contact with the air, is insoluble in water, has high adhesive strength, and can adapt to complex construction operation surfaces; And the damaged waterproof layer can be repaired by automatically locating the water leakage position, and the waterproof layer is permanently leak proof; Contains no solvent and meets the requirements of national safety and environmental protection. 

●The non-curable rubber asphalt waterproof coating has outstanding creep performance, good waterproof performance and aging resistance, and can be coated, sprayed and cemented. It can form a composite waterproof layer together with coiled materials; It can also be used as a separate waterproof layer, and the surface shall be attached with an isolating layer. 

Application Range

●The product is applicable to the base layer with large fluctuation and stress and the positions where deformation can be foreseen and frequently occurred; It’s particularly suitable for the construction work without the use of open fire, mechanical construction and cold adhesive construction. 

●Its applicable to waterproof works such as concrete roof, color steel roof, underground, sink and tunnel. 

Performance characteristics

● Excellent adaptability at the base level:

The material can be well adapted to structural deformation, and when the base layer is cracked and the waterproof layer is stretched, the stress is absorbed by the non-curable rubber asphalt waterproof layer, the micro-cracks of the base layer are sealed, and the integrity of the whole waterproof system is ensured for a long time. 

● Outstanding self-healing capability:

When the waterproof layer has a puncture under the action of an external force, the damage point cannot be enlarged, the bottom of the waterproof layer cannot generate water channeling, the creep performance of the material can automatically heal the slight leakage problem, so that the reliability of the waterproof layer is improved, and the engineering maintenance cost is reduced. 

●Excellent properties of aging resistance, low temperature flexibility, corrosion resistance 

● Strong adhesion: It can be bonded to different base layers and has good adhesion even on wet base layers. 

●Good constructability: The solid content is more than 99%, and with feeding, pump-out, and continuous construction, it can be coated to the specified thickness at one time, and the construction speed can reach 115 m2/h. 

● Safety and environmental protection: No toxicity, no solvent, no open fire during construction, safety and environmental protection.
